The flowers were lovely - better email communication would be a plus

Fleurs livrées un jour en ****

Les fleurs ont été livrées avec un jour de **** sans que j’en sois informée. Après avoir pris rendez-vous pour la livraison (entre 14 h et 17 h), le livreur n’a pas pu arriver à temps. Je suis déçue. J’airais aimé au moins en être avisée.

I was not able to see the flowers as I live in Calgary

I was not able to see the flowers as I live in Calgary, and these were for my brother in Montreal. A suggestion would be a photo of the bouquet before it leaves for delivery, so the sender can see what they sent without having to ask the receiver. I know myself when I have received flowers, I was not always honest as I didn't want to hurt feelings. The process seemed easy enough but again, I was not informed of the delivery till I heard from the recipient.

It looked nothing like the picture

It looked nothing like the picture. I thought it would be “night time shades” and it was not. Beautiful though. Just the wrong colours

Misleading picture

The bouquet I received did not look like the photo, the colours of the flowers were also quite different from what was in the picture (light blue and magenta purple in comparison to the deep violet in the pictures). Additionally, the proportion of flowers to greenery was lower than what was pictured making the final product look like there were less flowers. The sizes and colours of the flowers were also not balanced well and didn’t seem well thought out. This was quite a disappointing gift to give my mother on Mother’s Day.
