The bouquet did not look like the advertising picture, despite ordering the IN VIEW bouquet. The flowers were not yellow but red/pink, and only two kind of flowers were present instead of three in the picture.

The flowers they send are stunning,
they come nicely packaged in a long cardboard box with each flower having a little pouch of water at the end of it.
the delivery is seamless ( no problems at all) and the customer service is very professional and generous: Ie I had to cancel an order at the last minute and they allowed it
as an exception. Note: they need 24 hour service, which is reasonable.

I ordered the 12 long stem red roses and the bouquet night time shades, the service on the phone when I needed help was phenomenal and very caring. The delivery was timely and very professional and the flowers themselves were gorgeous, very happy with the service and I am very pleased with my order.
