No, we do not offer anonymous delivery. Please ensure all sender information is accurate when placing your order.

Can I choose specific flowers for my arrangement?

Our florists at Pourquoi Pas Fleurs carefully design each arrangement using fresh, in-season flowers. While we can’t guarantee specific blooms, we strive to meet your preferences.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards. Please note that we no longer accept PayPal.

Can I cancel or modify my order after it’s been placed?

Cancellations and modifications are possible if the order has not yet entered production. Once the order is in production or scheduled for same-day delivery, changes cannot be made. Please contact us immediately at 514-844-3233 for assistance.

Do you offer same-day delivery?

Yes, same-day delivery is available for orders placed before noon (Eastern Time). For holidays such as Christmas, Valentine’s Day, and Mother’s Day, we recommend placing your order early, as delivery times cannot be guaranteed due to high demand.

Can I select a specific delivery time?

While we do our best to accommodate requests, we cannot guarantee specific delivery times due to traffic or unforeseen delays. If necessary, we will contact the recipient to arrange a convenient delivery time.

How will I know when my flowers have been delivered?

 We currently do not offer real-time tracking. However, if needed, our team will contact the recipient to confirm delivery.

What happens if the recipient is not home?

If the recipient is not available, our driver will leave a calling card and may also leave a voicemail. The recipient will need to contact us to arrange a new delivery. Additional fees apply for second delivery attempts.

Terms & Policies

Can I return or get a refund for my order?

Refunds are not available for cancellations made on the day of delivery. Refunds are only issued in cases of non-delivery due to an error on our part. If you’re unsatisfied with your flowers, please contact us within 48 hours, and we’ll do our best to address your concerns.

Delivery Disclaimer

Delivery in Montreal, Laval, and Suburbs

Pourquoi Pas Fleurs offers delivery Monday to Friday from 9:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Saturday from 9:30 AM to 3:00 PM, and Sunday from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM.

Same-day delivery is available if the order is placed before noon (Eastern Time). During holidays such as Christmas, Valentine’s Day, Easter, and Mother’s Day, we cannot guarantee specific delivery times due to high traffic and order volume.

Please allow a minimum of 3 hours from placing your order to delivery. Traffic conditions may impact delivery times, and delays do not qualify for refunds.

Provide the patient’s full name, hospital name, floor, and room number.
