The flowers they send are stunning,
they come nicely packaged in a long cardboard box with each flower having a little pouch of water at the end of it.
the delivery is seamless ( no problems at all) and the customer service is very professional and generous: Ie I had to cancel an order at the last minute and they allowed it
as an exception. Note: they need 24 hour service, which is reasonable.

Better yet, it solves the heavy lift of “shipping” a gift from the US to Canada. I ordered the 12 long stem red roses and the bouquet night time shades, the service on the phone when I needed help was phenomenal and very caring. The delivery was timely and very professional and the flowers themselves were gorgeous, very happy with the service and I am very pleased with my order.
The graduation flower I ordered was beautiful. My daughter’s face was beaming upon receiving it. It wasn’t like the picture in the website but it was just as pretty.
