The bouquet did not look like the advertising picture, despite ordering the IN VIEW bouquet. The flowers were not yellow but red/pink, and only two kind of flowers were present instead of three in the picture.

I needed a special “thank you gift” for new friends who hosted us so generously, in Montreal. At home, in the US, I always look for a great orchid plant when I want the recipient to feel especially appreciated. I “Google searched” the neighborhood where they live. Pourquoi pas fleurs popped up. The orchid arrangement in a stunning pot was perfect. The on-line ordering was simple. A few clicks and magic was created. Better yet, it solves the heavy lift of “shipping” a gift from the US to Canada. Ordering from a Montreal shop for a Montreal friend within the shop’s delivery zone using an accepted credit card created a magic moment for our friends. Merci pour la major!

I ordered the 12 long stem red roses and the bouquet night time shades, the service on the phone when I needed help was phenomenal and very caring. The delivery was timely and very professional and the flowers themselves were gorgeous, very happy with the service and I am very pleased with my order.

I have had the best experience ordering flowers from Pourquoi Pas Fleurs. and I have done so several times.
The flowers they send are stunning,
they come nicely packaged in a long cardboard box with each flower having a little pouch of water at the end of it.
the delivery is seamless ( no problems at all) and the customer service is very professional and generous: Ie I had to cancel an order at the last minute and they allowed it
as an exception. Note: they need 24 hour service, which is reasonable.

I did not find this bouquet of flowers full or fresh enough considering the price. I also order often and noticed the quality went down and am a bit sad...maybe because I order online.
