The ''version in view'' look like pictures. For our ''Deluxe version'' and ''Prestige version'', we add more flowers of the same varieties to our design.

Due to the perishable nature of our items, we may sometimes need to substitute certain flowers or vases. Rest assured, any substitutions will reflect the original design and be of equal or greater value. To ensure the freshest bouquet possible, we may occasionally replace some stems or colors with similar blooms. While we aim to match the photos as closely as possible, the final arrangement may feature a different vase or slight variations in flower types and colors. Our promise is to always deliver fresh, beautiful flowers that will delight the recipient.

We offer a full refund for cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date. Cancellations on the day of delivery are non-refundable.

As we work with perishable items and value our time, we cannot cancel or modify orders already in production. Only delivery costs are refundable in such cases.
