Substitution policy
Due to the perishable nature of our items, we may sometimes need to substitute certain flowers or vases. Rest assured, any substitutions will reflect the original design and be of equal or greater value. To ensure the freshest bouquet possible, we may occasionally replace some stems or colors with similar blooms. While we aim to match the photos as closely as possible, the final arrangement may feature a different vase or slight variations in flower types and colors. Our promise is to always deliver fresh, beautiful flowers that will delight the recipient.
Return & refund
We offer a full refund for cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date. Cancellations on the day of delivery are non-refundable.
As we work with perishable items and value our time, we cannot cancel or modify orders already in production. Only delivery costs are refundable in such cases.

Caring for a cut flower bouquet, whether displayed in a vase or not, is key to preserving its beauty and freshness. Here’s how to care for your bouquet:
Preparation (Without a Vase)
Unwrap the bouquet and gently remove any protective packaging.
Trim the stems: Cut 1–2 inches off the ends at a 45-degree angle with sharp knife.
Remove any leaves that would sit below the waterline to avoid bacteria buildup.
Watering (In a Vase)
Use a clean vase filled with lukewarm water.
Add some drops of bleach slow bacterial growth.
Arrange the flowers in the vase, ensuring stems are fully submerged.
Placement
Place your bouquet in a cool, shaded area, away from direct sunlight, heat sources, or drafts.
Keep it away from ripening fruits, as they release ethylene gas that can shorten flower life.
Daily Maintenance
Change the water every 1–2 days to keep it fresh.
Recut the stems slightly each time you refresh the water to maintain optimal water absorption.
Gently remove any wilting flowers to keep the bouquet looking vibrant.
Signs to Watch For
Cloudy water indicates bacterial growth; change the water immediately.
If flowers droop, submerge the stems in warm water for 30 minutes to revive them.

The flowers were lovely - better email communication would be a plus

I was not able to see the flowers as I live in Calgary
I was not able to see the flowers as I live in Calgary, and these were for my brother in Montreal. A suggestion would be a photo of the bouquet before it leaves for delivery, so the sender can see what they sent without having to ask the receiver. I know myself when I have received flowers, I was not always honest as I didn't want to hurt feelings. The process seemed easy enough but again, I was not informed of the delivery till I heard from the recipient.

It looked nothing like the picture. I thought it would be “night time shades” and it was not. Beautiful though. Just the wrong colours
