SENDING FLOWERS TO THE HOSPITAL: HOW TO DO IT?
If you plan to send flowers to a hospital for a friend, family member, or client after surgery, childbirth, or other events, it is important to have the hospital's name, address, and phone number. You will also need the patient's full name, room number, floor, and wing or pavilion if applicable. For hospital deliveries, it is recommended to choose flowers with a subtle fragrance or fragrance-free to avoid disturbing the patient or their roommate.
PROCEDURE FOR DELIVERING BOUQUETS TO THE HOSPITAL
If you don't know the room number, you can easily obtain it by contacting the hospital's reception. Please note that in some hospital departments, such as intensive care units, flowers may not be allowed. If you opt for a flower delivery to the hospital, we will not contact the patient directly. Therefore, make sure that the patient does not leave the hospital on the same day. We use special containers with water to keep the flowers fresh during transport, but the best option is to get a vase with your bouquet, as we cannot guarantee that the hospital will provide one.
If you wish, you can place your flower order a few days in advance, or even the same day before 3:00 PM, to ensure fast delivery to the hospital.
